How can we help?

Complete our User Access Request Form and fax (574-968-1020) or email.  Upon receipt of the completed form, MHIN will contact your office within 3 business days to release account, verify training dates and/or schedule training as needed.  Please call MHIN if the user account needs to be activated in a more immediate time frame.

MHIN PowerChart requires a Citrix Receiver to be installed on each workstation. Work with your organizations IT resource to follow the Citrix Receiver Installation Instructions. These instructions can be found in the User Guide section.

  1. Contact MHIN and let us know you’re all in for Veterans. We’ll help you walk through to steps to get your account VA-ready. This functionality will be added to our Community View service at no additional charge. If you do not have Community View and would like it, please contact us.
  2. Begin outreach to your Veteran patients by informing them of the new, helpful program and encourage them to process their consent authorization form.
