Emergency On-Call*: 5:00pm – 7:30am and all day on Saturday and Sunday

*Estimated resolution time for an on-call issue should be provided within 50 minutes of the call.

Please do not include protected health information or other sensitive information in emails to the Helpdesk.



How can we help?

Complete our User Access Request Form and fax (574-968-1020) or email.  Upon receipt of the completed form, MHIN will contact your office within 3 business days to release account, verify training dates and/or schedule training as needed.  Please call MHIN if the user account needs to be activated in a more immediate time frame.

MHIN PowerChart requires a Citrix Receiver to be installed on each workstation. Work with your organizations IT resource to follow the Citrix Receiver Installation Instructions. These instructions can be found in the User Guide section.
